Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent No.2 in considering the representation dated 28.10.2013 submitted by the petitioner seeking correction of the entries in the 'online adangal' relating to a land admeasuring Acs.4.00 cents situated in Survey No.70 of Gandigundam of Anandapuram Mandal, Visakhapatnam, as illegal and arbitrary'.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though an application was made on 28.10.2013, seeking correction of entries in 'online adangal' in relation to the land admeasuring Acs.4.00 cents situated in Survey No.70 of Gandigundam of Anandapuram Mandal, Visakhapatnam, the same is still pending consideration.

Learned Government Pleader submits that the said application may be directed to be dealt with in accordance with law, if it is still pending consideration.

Having regard to the above, the second respondent shall deal with the said application dated 28.10.2013, if it is still pending consideration, in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and the aggrieved persons, if any, as early as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. 8.
