There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.
The prayer sought in this Writ Petition is as under: "........to issue Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in trying to arrest the petitioner in connection with Crime No.44 of 2013 dt.25-04-2013 on the file of Chenogomul police station, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to complete the investigation by following Section 41-A of Cr.P.C." 3.
Learned Government Pleader, appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 3, placed on record written instructions dt.19-12-2019, issued by the Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police, Chenogomul police station, Ranga Reddy District. 4.
From the perusal of the said written instructions, it is revealed that on the complaint lodged by one Smt. M. Swaroopa, the S.H.O., Chenogomul police station, registered a case in Crime/FIR No.44 of 2013 dt.25-11-2013 against the petitioner for the offences under Section 509 IPC and Section 3 (1) (x) and (2) (vii) of SC & ST (POA) Act, 1989. It is also revealed that as per the orders passed by this Court on 13-04-2013, the Investigating Officer had issued notice under Section 41 (A) CR.P.C. to the petitioner to appear before the Investigating Officer. After completion of investigation, the charge sheet was filed on 10-07-2015 before the Judicial First Class
PKR,J W.P.No.13902 of 2013 Magistrate at Parigi, Ranga Reddy District, vide PRC No.54 of 2015. It is further revealed that the said matter has been posted to 10-01-2020 for appearance of the petitioner before the Court below. 5.
In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause survive in the Writ Petition and the same is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. 7.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
