THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 11311 of 2019 O R D E R :

The Writ Petition is filed with a prayer not to demolish the semi-finished construction in premises bearing Plot Nos. 6 and 7 in Survey Nos. 76/F, 81/A & 82/A situated at Hydernagar Village, Balanagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

When this matter came up for admission, this Court, on 12.06.2019, observed that the petitioner was already issued notice dated 13.05.2019 under Sections 452(1) and 461(1) of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 and the notice dated 23.05.2019 under Section 452(2) of the Act alleging that they were making excess construction and also affecting the road area. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner filed the letter dated 30.09.2019 stating that he has instructions to withdraw the Writ Petition for which, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation expresses no objection.

The petitioner is therefore, permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition and it is accordingly, dismissed. No costs. The interim order dated 12.06.2019 shall automatically stand dissolved.
