THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE C.V. BHASKAR REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No. 578 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed by the petitioner for alleging violation of orders dated 28.06.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.20697 of 2016.

By the above said order, this Court directed the respondent Nos.3 and 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.05.2016 for removal of illegal constructions made by respondent No.5 and take further course of action in accordance with law.

Mr.K.Sidharth Rao, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has submitted that in compliance of the orders passed by this Court, they have issued notices to all the concerned parties and after providing personal hearing, they passed an order for removal of illegal constructions. 4.

In view of the compliance of the orders by the respondents, no further orders are necessary. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner, in the event of respondents not taking further course of action for removal of illegal constructions being carried out by respondent No.5, is entitled to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

Accordingly, this contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
