Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

Petitioner claims that two separate building permissions were granted on 19.05.2018 to Siddi Vinayaka Constructions to construct Stilt + 2 upper floors in Sy.Nos.76/F, 81/A & 82/A. While so, petitioner alleges that when he is undertaking construction of buildings as per the permission granted, the respondents interfered in the construction activity and tried to demolish semi-finished construction and the same is illegal. 3.

On instructions, learned Standing counsel informs that so far the respondents are not interfering, but having come to know that some kind of illegal construction has taken place respondents are in the process of issuing show cause notice. 4.

Admittedly, as of now, no show cause notice is issued. Hence, the respondents are directed not to interfere with the construction activity of petitioner, subject to petitioner complying with the building permissions granted on 19.05.2019. However, this order does not come in the way of respondents taking steps in accordance with Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, if there are deviations from the building permissions granted to petitioner.
