The Court made the following:

ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in seizing the tractor and trailor bearing registration Nos.TS-06-ED-5352 and AP-22-D-4811, respectively, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, Mr. G.Sundaresan, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to file a fresh Writ Petition along with the owner of the seized trailor.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
