When this writ petition, wherein the complaint is with regard to non-registration of the crime pursuant to the report lodged by the petitioner on 07.12.2018 with the 3rd respondent Police Officer, is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home ((A.P.) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, having stated that a case in Crime No.53 of 2018, was registered, on 20.03.2018, by the Station House Officer, Tadikonda Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 427, 379, 509 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code, placed on record a copy of the First Information Report. 2.

In view of the said submission, this Court finds that no cause survives for adjudication in the writ petition. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
