THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION No.24543 of 2015 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R. Subhash Reddy) On 05.08.2015, this Court, while issuing notice before admission, passed interim stay of confirmation of sale on condition of the petitioner depositing an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- within a period of two weeks.

When the matter was listed on 06.10.2015, there was no representation for the petitioner and, therefore, it was directed to be posted today for dismissal.

Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed by this Court. As there is no representation for the petitioner today also despite listing the matter under the caption "for dismissal", the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
