HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO ORDER :

This Court by order dated 11.7.2014 passed interim order directing the Sub Registrar-I, Mangalagiri, Guntur district to receive, register and release the documents in respect of the petitioner's property. Alleging that the said order was not complied with and contrary to the directions issued by this Court an endorsement was issued to the petitioner refusing to register the document with very same reasons, this contempt case is filed. Respondent filed counter affidavit. In paras 6 and 7 of the counter, it is stated that after perusal of the interim orders of this Court dated 11.7.2014, the document was admitted for registration as document No. 2280/2015 on 18.2.2015 and document was released to the petitioner. An apology is also tendered for delay in compliance of the orders of this Court. In view of the above, contempt case is closed.
