THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.6476 of 2016 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to dispose of I.A.No.452 of 2015 in O.S.No.1224 of 2015 on the file of II Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

Heard both the counsel.

A perusal of the record reveals that the petitioner herein filed O.S.No.1224 of 2015 against the respondents on the file of II Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad for perpetual injunction. Along with the suit, the petitioner filed I.A.No.452 of 2015 under Order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 CPC seeking ad-interim injunction. It is the case of the petitioner that the trial Court has not disposed of the I.A.No.452 of 2015. The only relief sought by the petitioner is to direct the trial Court to dispose of I.A.No.452 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the submissions made by both the counsel, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned II Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, is hereby directed to dispose of I.A.No.452 of 2015 in O.S.No.1224 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
