THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.GANGA RAO M.A.C.M.A.No.3448 OF 2014 JUDGMENT:

The learned counsel for the appellant, addressed a letter dated 20.12.2018 to the Registry stating that the appellantInsurance Company intends to withdraw the appeal. In view of the letter dated 20.12.2018, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

The appellant shall deposit the entire compensation amount in terms of the award dated 12.05.2014 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-II Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam, to the credit of M.O.P.No.3672 of 2010 within a period of one month from today. The amounts already deposited shall be given credit. On such deposit, the respondents-claimants are entitled to withdraw their respective share amounts as per the award dated 12.05.2014.
