Heard.

2. The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that respondent Nos.2 and 3 are not taking any action in spite of her representation, dated 11.02.2015. It is stated that petitioner had earlier filed a representation, dated 09.02.2015 along with WPMP No.12057 of 2015. However, alleging that no action is taken, the present writ petition is filed.

3. The representation, dated 11.02.2015, referred to by the petitioner is, in fact, a legal notice addressed to the District Collector, the Superintendent of Police and the Station House Officer. However, the same cannot be treated as a complaint. Obviously, therefore, petitioner filed representation, dated 09.02.2015 addressed to the Station House Officer along with WP MP No. 12057 of 2015, referred to above, however, there is no acknowledgment thereof.

4. Instructions of the learned government pleader, however, show that they have not received any such complaint. It is also stated that if and when petitioner approaches and files an appropriate complaint, the respondent police will take necessary action as per law.

5. In view of that, the writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach respondent No.3 and file appropriate complaint. If such a complaint is filed and if the same makes out a cognizable offence, respondent No.3 shall take appropriate action in accordance with law.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
