THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 32610 OF 2012 O R D E R :

Proceedings dated 06.09.2012 of the 1st respondent Commissioner, Endowments Department, granting permission to a donor for reconstruction of the 3rd respondent temple, at an estimated cost of Rs.47 lacs, has been challenged in this Writ Petition.

Pursuant to the directives of this Court issued on the previous occasions, it is brought to the notice of this Court, the donor has lost interest to make donations, hence, the proposal to undertake certain development works in the temple itself has been dropped and the project has been withdrawn.

In that view of the matter, nothing survives in this Writ Petition for consideration. The Writ Petition therefore, stands dismissed. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
