HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P.No. 22995 of 2016 O R D E R:- The petitioner places reliance on pahani dated 06.07.2016 and extract of 1-B Register dated 06.07.2016 in support of his possession and enjoyment of an extent of Ac.04.28 cents of land in Sy.No.223/ 1 of Narravada Village, Duttulur Mandal, S.P.S.R. Nellore District.

On 13.07.2016, this Court has granted interim stay of dispossession. The interim order is subsisting as on date. The respondents have neither filed counter affidavit nor sent instructions in the matter. Since the prayer of the petitioner is to follow the procedure in the event the respondents intend to dispossess him from the subject matter of the writ petition, after perusing the material, I am satisfied that the writ petition can be disposed of by directing continuation of the interim order dated 13.07.2016 for a period of four months from today. The 3rd respondent, after issuing notice to the petitioner, causes inspection and verifies physical features and possession of the subject matter of the writ petition and if circumstances warrant interference with the petitioner's possession, such action shall be in accordance with law. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

SVB,J WP_22995_2016 As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
