HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.8455 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not cancelling the patta issued in the name of illegal occupants in Sy.No.1371, 1372, 1432 and 1433 of Nizamabad Shivar, Mandal and District belonging to the Waqf institution of Mosque Ismail Yaar Judg, Bodhan, as illegal and arbitrary. Petitioner has not made illegal occupants as parties against whom, he is seeking relief.

In view of the same, the writ petition fails for nonimpleadment of necessary parties. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
