This contempt case is filed alleging that the interim direction granted by this Court in W.p.No.3447 of 2O2O on 22.06.2020 is violated.

When the matter was taken up on 30. 1 l.2O2O, the Court was informed that the writ petition was finally disposed of on 18.11.2O2O allowing the writ petition.

Having regard to this statement, the contempt case was adjourned to this date.

Learned Assistant Government pleader informs the Court that aggrieved by the decision of learned Single Judge dated 18.11.2O2O the respondents in the writ petition preferred W.A.Sr.No.3O9O9 of 2O2O.

Since the contempt is instituted against an interlocutory order, the writ petition was finally disposed of 1g.l l.2O2O and aggrieved thereby, the respondents in the writ petition preferred W.A.S.R.No.3O909 of 2020, the Contempt Case is closed, granting liberty to petitioner to work out his remedies in the pending writ appeal and to take further steps if the Division Bench affirms the decision of learned Single judge. pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
