In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioners A.1 to A.6/accused seek to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.63 of 2011 of Women Police Station, Begumpet, Hyderabad City. While so, today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor by producing a letter dated 23-3-2017 issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Women Police Station, Begumpet, Hyderabad City, would submit that the matter was ended in compromise in Lok Adalat on 5-9-2014 before XV Munsif Magistrate, Nampally and thus, prayed that the petition may be dismissed as infructuous. There is no representation for the petitioners. In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
