THE) HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.2992 0F ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C'), is filed by the petitioner/A. 14 for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No.84 of 2Ol9 of Echoda Police Station, Adilabad District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 42O I.P.C 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A. 14 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/ State. Perused the material on record. 3.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner/A. 14 that the name of the petitioner does not find place in the First Information Report and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents and he will co-operate with the investigation.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made across the Bar by the counsel for the petitioner/A. 14, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner/A. 14 subject to certain terms and conditions: 5.

Accordingll-, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioner/A. 14 is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Echoda Police Station, Adilabad District, within a period of fifteen (15) day from today and on such appearance, the petitioner

shall be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for Rs.5,000i - (Rupees five thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the same Station House Officer. He shall co-operate with the investigating agency. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
