This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners-A.2 to A.6 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.1006 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Sangareddy, Medak District.

Since there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners on 22.01.2018, the matter is listed to today under the caption 'For dismissal'. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners are not interested to pursue the matter.
