This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioners / accused Nos.1 to 7, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in Cr.No.82 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Chivemla Police Station, Suryapet Mandal registered for the offence punishable under Sections 324, 504 and 506 of IPC. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded.

In the result, the Criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
