THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CRIMINAL PETITION No. 15490 OF 2016 ORDER:

Vide the present petition, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in crime No. 47 of 2016 registered at Eluru Rural Police Station, West Godavari District, for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148 and 302 read with Section 149 of the Indian Penal Code. Keeping in view the serious offence as allegedly committed by the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
