This Contempt Case, under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, is filed by the petitioner seeking to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order, dated 27.L2.202L, passed by this Court in W.P.No.4505B of 2018.

Heard. Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order, dated 27.t2.202t, passed by this Court in W.P.No.45058 of 2018, has been complied with. 4, The said submission is taken on record.

Since the order, dated 27.12.2021, passed by this Court in W.P.No.4505B of 2018 has been complied with, it cannot be held that there is willful or deliberate dlsobedience on the part of the respondent, so as to proceed against him. 5.

Therefore, all further proceedings in this Contempt Case are closed.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
