THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE NO.603 OF 2015

O R D E R

It is an admitted fact that pursuant to the order dated 24.10.2014 passed in W.P.No.21254 of 1999, which is the subject matter of this contempt case, a sum of Rs.21,52,014/- has been paid to the petitioner. This was pursuant to the direction of this Court to the authorities to allow the petitioner the pay scale relatable to a regular staff nurse from the year 1993 onwards, duly taking into account the revision of pay scales from time to time, up to the date of her termination from service. In the event there is any grievance with regard to the quantification of the amount payable as per the aforestated direction, the petitioner would necessarily have to seek redressal thereof by way of independent proceedings as such a dispute cannot be resolved in this contempt case. Reserving liberty to the petitioner to do so, if necessary, the contempt case is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
