The learned counsel for the revision petitioners had filed a letter before the Registry stating that as per the instructions of his clients, the matter was settled out of Court and requested to post the revision petition under the caption 'For Withdrawal'. Hence, the matter came up today under the caption "For Withdrawal'.

The learned counsel for the revision petitioners is present. He seeks permission to withdraw the revision petition. Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in this CRP also shall stand dismissed.
