Learned Government Pleader for Services raised a preliminary objection stating that the issue involved in the present writ petition pertains to 'service' and hence the petitioner has to approach the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the above submission. In view of the same, petitioner is given liberty approach the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal seeking redressal of his grievance. With the above observation, writ petition is disposed of.
