THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.725 OF 2017 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order in W.P.M.P.No.33752 of 2013, dated 26.09.2013. This Court directed the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner, dated 10.09.2013 and investigate the same and take all necessary steps to prevent recurrence of any offence narrated therein. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the complaint was registered, the recurrence of the events is not being prevented by the respondents.

Since the main writ petition is still pending and the complaint was already registered, this Court does not find any reason to admit the contempt case.
