HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5088 of 2017 ORDER : (Oral) Vide the present petition, petitioner seeks direction thereby to direct the learned Family Judge-cum-XII Additional District Judge, Guntur, to dispose of F.C.O.P.No.220 of 2016 within a time bound manner.

Keeping in view the averments made in the instant petition and the submission of learned counsel for petitioner, this Court expect from the Court below to dispose of the aforesaid F.C.O.P. as expeditiously as possible.
