HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1310 of 2019 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice V. Ramasubramanian) The Civil Revision Petition is directed against the proceedings of the Debts Recovery Tribunal adjourning an application for enlargement of time. The Tribunal posted the case to 14.06.2019. Today, we are on 11.06.2019. Generally it is difficult for a Court to say whether an adjournment granted by a Court is right or wrong.

2. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. The Tribunal is requested to decide the application on 14.06.2019, to which date the case is adjourned. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
