In the light of the discrepancies in the cause title as well as in the body of the affidavit, the petitioner/party-in-person seeks leave to file a fresh contempt case setting out correct particulars and impleading the necessary parties. The Contempt Case is accordingly closed granting liberty to the petitioner/party-in-person to do so. No order as to costs.
