HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.10563 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that she was assigned land to an extent of Ac.5.00, out of Government land bearing Survey No.993/1, Gairan, situated at Ameenpur Village, under Ex-Service man category and the death of her husband and that on such assignment, final patta certificate in Form B was issued by the Mandal Revenue Officer vide proceedings dated 30.05.1999. On such issuance of final patta certificate, petitioner's name was shown as an assignee and that petitioner's land was allotted the sub division number as 993/49 and a Tonch Map duly signed by Asst.Director, Survey & Land Records was also furnished to the petitioner. Subsequently she was also issued pattedar pass books and title deeds and since then petitioner is continuous possession of the said land.

While so, when the petitioner obtained certified copy of the pahani for the year 2014, she found third parties name in respect of the subject land situated at Survey No.993/49. Hence, petitioner made representation dated 20.11.2014 for rectification of the said mistake. As no action is being taken, till today, present writ petition is filed.

Survey No.993/49 which is erroneous, as such, third parties are trying to alienate the subject property.

Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner and take action, in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take action accordingly.

With the above direction the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
