O R D E R

Alleging inaction on the part of respondents 2 to 4 - police authorities in conducting investigation in Cr.No.583 of 2018 on the file of 4th respondent, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, filed written instructions, stating that investigation is completed and the charge sheet will be filed within a week.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to withdraw the writ petition with liberty file fresh writ petition, ventilating other grievances of the petitioner, and hence, seeks permission for the same. Permission accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
