Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that on completion of investigation, charge sheet was laid before the XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Miyapur, and the same was assigned C.C.No.222 of 2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner of course expresses ignorance.

Be that as it may, when charge sheet was laid and Calender Case number is also assigned, the present petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
