Subba Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents, would submit that on the last date of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the subject suit itself was dismissed as per the instructions he received and he intended to ascertain the same, and for that reason, the present revision is listed to this day.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the present revision, stand closed. No order as to costs.
