THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.18655 OF 2012 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that the respondents are not releasing the retrenchment benefits of the petitioner's husband to the petitioner as per the Award dated 11.04.2002 made in ID.No.174/1999, on the file of the Labour Court-III, Hyderabad as published in G.O.Rt.No.1294, Labour, Employment, Training and Factories (LAB.I) Dept., Government of Andhra Pradesh, dated 15.05.2002.

This Court, by way of interim order, directed the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 30.01.2012. Thereafter, no counter affidavit and no vacate petition is filed.

In view of the above, since this Court has already directed the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order dated 10.09.2012. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
