THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.9314 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Transport, apart from perusing the material on record.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of his grievance, petitioner herein submitted a representation, dated 06.12.2017, to the Licensing Officer/Regional Transport Officer, Tirupathi, Chittoor District-second respondent herein and the same is pending consideration.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, leaving it open for the petitioner herein to agitate his grievance before the said authority.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to verify the representation, dated 06.12.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
