This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the order, dated 06.01.2012, passed in Interlocutory Application No.1193 of 2011 in Original Suit No.128 of 2010 by the Senior Civil Judge, Nuzvid, whereunder the petition filed by the respondents herein under Section 151 CPC, to direct the Station House Officer, Mylavaram Police Station to provide necessary police aid to them in enjoying the plaint schedule way as per the temporary injunction passed in Interlocutory Application No.868 of 2010, was allowed. As per the information received by this Court through e-courts website, the main suit was disposed of on 27.04.2016 by the trial Court, as such, the petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
