This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents pressuring the petitioners to settle the civil dispute by way of compromise with the unofficial respondents. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating a case in Crime No.132 of 2019 of Khammam I Town Police Station, Khammam District, was registered under Section 420 IPC against petitioner No.1 herein and two others basing on the complaint of one B. Madhukumar. Except investigating the said crime, they are not interfering with the civil dispute. 4.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to avail alternate remedies available to him under law. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
