The present revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed aggrieved over the order, dated 13.04.2015, passed in I.A.No.461 of 2014 in O.S.No.249 of 2010 on the file of learned XXIV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

2. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that the main suit in O.S.No.249 of 2010 was dismissed without costs on 31.12.2016.

3. In such an event, the present revision petition becomes infructuous.

4. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
