THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No. 1998 of 2016 and WRIT PETITION No.7047 of 2016 COMMON ORDER:

The Contempt case and the writ petition are being disposed of by this common order.

W.P.No.7047 of 2016 was filed challenging the action of respondent No.2 in not implementing the order, dated 18.10.2005 and also the consequential orders, dated 20.01.2008, 19.12.2014, 20.04.2015 and 30.11.2015.

This Court by order, dated 06.06.2016, directed respondent No.2 to implement the order, dated 30.11.2015. When the said order was not implemented, C.C.No.1998 of 2016 was filed. Today, learned counsel appearing for the respondent in the Contempt Case produced before this Court an order, dated 14.02.2017, passed by the respondent reinstating the petitioner with immediate effect subject to the condition of outcome of WVMP No.2156 of 2016 in W.P.No.7047 of 2016 and the appeal with the Director of School Education. He submits that the respondent does not press the WVMP, but pursue the appeal with the Director of School Education.

In the circumstances, no further orders are necessary in W.P.No.7047 of 2016 except recording the reinstatement of the petitioner, subject to the appeal pending before the Director of School Education, Telangana.

Accordingly, W.P.No.7047 of 2016 and C.C.No.1998 of 2016 are closed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
