THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.36896 of 2016

ORDER

This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed seeking to call for records relating to Crime No.269 of 2016 dated 15.10.2016 of Nallakunta Police Station, Hyderabad District-3rd respondent and to quash the same.

The grievance of petitioner is that on a private complaint filed by the 4th respondent against him, the Magistrate concerned forwarded the same to the 3rd respondent under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. and thereupon, though the 3rd respondent registered a case in Crime No.269 of 2016 on 15.10.2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 415, 417, 420, 464 and 468 IPC, so far no steps have been taken. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the grievance of petitioner, the 3rd respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.269 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible and file a final report, if any, in accordance with law, within a period of six months from today.
