THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.1762 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief: "to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS to declare the action of respondents 2 to 4 in not considering the representation dated 09-01-2017 nor initiating action on the same, filed by the petitioner with regard to the digging of the Aqua Tank by the petitioner herein as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to GO Ms.No.15 dated 25-06-2015 and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 herein to forthwith consider and initiate action on the said representation within a time bound frame and pass such other order or orders as are deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Heard Smt.Kurumella Lakshmi, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleaders for Fisheries and Forests.

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the representation submitted by the petitioner on 09.01.2017 for redressal of the grievance is pending consideration before the 2nd respondent and no orders have been passed so far on the said representation. It is further

AVSS,J W.P.No.1762 of 2017 requested by the learned counsel that the said representation may be directed to be disposed of in accordance with law. 4.

Having regard to the nature of controversy and taking into consideration the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent herein to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 09.01.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
