This writ petition is filed to direct particularly in the nature of Prohibition, prohibiting the 3rd respondent from proceeding further in respect of Notices issued in Memo No.A/1622/2000 dated 26.02.2001 and Memo No.A/1645/2000 dated 26.02.2001.

2. It is represented by learned counsel for the petitioner that in view of the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Steel Authority of India & others Vs National Union Waterfront Workers & others[1], no further orders are required in this writ petition.

3. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
