THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.VENKATESHWARA REDDY CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL Nos.627 and 962 of 2019 COMMON JUDGMENT:

Heard. Perused the Common Award dated 12.11.2022 passed in this CMA Nos.627 and 962 of 2019. As per the terms of award, both the parties i.e., the opposite party No.2/Insurance Company and the applicants have agreed to withdraw the respective Civil Miscellaneous Appeals filed by them. Accordingly, both the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are disposed of as withdrawn confirming the award/orders in E.C.No.195 of 2016 on the file of the Commissioner for Employees' Compensation and Deputy Commissioner for Labour-I, RTC Cross Roads, Hyderabad.
