Order : (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy)

This Writ Petition is filed for issue of a Certiorari to quash Order, dated 29-03-2016, in O.A.No.239 of 2016 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal').

At the hearing, Mr.K.V.Simhadri, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that after the passing of the impugned order by the Tribunal, respondent No.3 has given posting order to the petitioner at the Primary Health Center, Kothapalli, Nalgonda.

In view of this subsequent event, the cause on which the petitioner filed the OA has ceased to exist. Since a new cause of action had arisen for the petitioner, he is entitled to avail a fresh remedy before the Tribunal if he feels aggrieved by his posting order.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed with liberty to the petitioner as above.
