THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.29741 of 2017 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that after completion of investigation, the police filed a charge sheet on 30.08.2017 before the Court of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Chodavaram, along with Form-66 in respect of the crime property i.e., lorries bearing Regn.Nos.AP 31 TT 7679 and AP 31 TE 3561 and the said case is pending trial vide C.C.No.353 of 2017 on the file of the said Court.

In view of the same, it is open for the petitioners to make necessary application before the Court of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Chodavaram, under the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure. With the above observation, the writ petition stands closed. No order as to costs.
