This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus, to declare the action of 1st respondent in not disposing the appeal / revision filed by the petitioner under A.P. (Scheduled Areas) Land Transfer Regulation 1 of 1959 and its Amendment 1 of 1970, as against the orders passed by the 2nd respondent in LTR Case No.219/2004/ENK dated 18.08.2006 in respect of dwelling agriculture lands of the petitioner in Sy.No.820/A to an extent of Ac.3-00 guntas situated at Buradharaghavapuram village, Enkuru mandal, Khammam district, in interfering with his peaceful possession and enjoyment, by the revenue authorities, as illegal and arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is not present, and there is no representation on his behalf. Even on 09.03.2016, there was no representation for the petitioner. 3.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the appeal / revision filed by him before the 1st respondent herein has not been disposed of by the authority concerned. 4.

Heard the learned AGP (Social Welfare).

In view of the submissions made by the learned AGP (Social Welfare), the 1st respondent/appellate authority concerned is directed to dispose of the matter within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
