THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C.BHANU AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL W.A.No.382 OF 2015 JUDGMENT:- (per Hon'ble Sri Justice K.C.Bhanu) This writ appeal is filed challenging the order, dated 30.4.2015, in W.P.No.13456 of 2015 insofar as not granting the stay pending Writ Petition.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Vide the impugned order, a direction was given to respondent No.2 - The Joint Collector, Chittoor, Chittoor District to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. The petitioner cannot be permitted to prosecute two parallel proceedings in respect of the same cause of action. Hence, the writ appeal is liable to be dismissed.
