It is now stated by counsel on both sides that boundary stones were fixed by the Mandal Surveyor over the petitioner's land on 13.09.2017, and photographs of the same have also been filed before this court.

In this view of the matter, the proceedings for contempt initiated by the petitioner against the 2nd respondent is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
