This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to set aside the proceedings in Rc.No.E1/8047/2015, dated 31.10.2015, of respondent No.1, whereby he has accorded permission to respondent No.2 for adopting respondent No.4. After arguing the case, Mr.M.Vidyasagar, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
