ORDER

This contempt case(TR) is filed seeking to punish the respondents under Sections 1O to 12 of the Contempt of l l Courts Act, 1971, for deliberate and willful disobedience of ( l the order in O.A.No.1728 of 2014, dated 2l .04.2016 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-Il submits that aggrieved by the orders passed by the A.P.A.T. the respondents filed W.P.No.2472O of 2016 before this Court. After due verification, it is brought to the notice of this Court that writ petition filed by the respondents was allowed by the Division Bench of this Court on O8.O3.2O18 setting aside the order dated 21.O4.2016 in O.A.No.1728 of 2014 passed by the A.P.A.T., Hyderabad.

In view of the same, the cause in the Conternpt Case(TR) does not survive.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case(TR) is closed. However liberty is granted to the petitioner to avail the remedies as are available under the law. No costs Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
